This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal information about Users, which may be obtained by the Limited Liability Company "Astra Studio Group" (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"), during their use of the Administrator's Service. 1.2. Administrator - The administrator of the Service, Limited Liability Company "Astra Studio Group." 1.3. User - A capable individual who has joined (authorized) this Agreement on their own behalf or who acts on behalf of and in the interests of the legal entity they represent.
1.4. Personal data - Any information related to directly or indirectly identified or identifiable individual (personal data subject).
1.5. 2. General Provisions
2.1. By using the Service, the User agrees that:

2.2. By accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy, the User consents to the processing and storage of the User's data by the Administrator for the purposes provided for in this Policy, as well as to the transfer of the User's data to third parties in cases listed in this Policy.
2.3. As a general rule, the Administrator does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by Users. However, in cases provided for by agreements on the use of the Service, the User is obliged to provide confirmation of the accuracy of the personal information provided by them.
2.4. The Administrator, having access to personal data, ensures the confidentiality of personal data in accordance with the law.
2.5. The User's personal data is stored in the database for the duration of the User Agreement.

3. Subject of the Privacy Policy
3.1. This Policy applies to the following types of personal information:
3.1.1. Personal information provided by Users, including about themselves during registration, other personal information to which the User grants the Administrator access through third-party websites or services, or personal information posted by Users during the use of the Service's software components. Such personal information may include, among other things, the User's name, phone number, email address, and other personal information provided in comments or attached files.
3.1.2. Users are prohibited from providing personal data of third parties without permission obtained from such third parties for such distribution, or if such personal data of third parties have not been obtained by the User from publicly available sources of information.
3.1.3. Data automatically transmitted to the Service during its use through the software installed on the User's device, including IP address, unique device network number (MAC address, device ID), electronic serial number (IMEI, MEID), Android advertising identifier (Google AID), data from cookies, information about the browser, operating system, access time, search queries, information about the location and movement of the User's device.
3.1.4. Data additionally provided by Users at the request of the Administrator for the purpose of fulfilling the Administrator's obligations to Users regarding the use of the Service.
3.2. The provided information is considered personal data and is protected in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

4. Objectives of Collecting and Processing User Information
4.1. The Administrator collects and processes only the information about Users, including their personal data, that is necessary to fulfill the Administrator's obligations in providing the Service.
4.2. The Administrator may use Users' personal information for the following purposes:
4.2.1. Identifying the parties within contracts between the User and the Administrator.
4.2.2. Providing Users with services using the Service, improving the Service further, developing new services and features.
4.2.3. Responding to Users' inquiries to customer support, informing Users about the Service's capabilities, addressing inquiries related to the use of the Service.
4.2.4. Conducting marketing tasks, statistical and other research based on anonymized data.
4.2.5. Targeting advertising materials.
4.2.6. Implementing relationships by providing data from cookies by the Administrator to third parties for third parties to show Users targeted advertising and informational materials on the Internet and/or for third parties to provide Users with other services in accordance with the law.
4.3. By accepting this, the User consents to the transfer of their personal information to the Administrator and third parties for the purposes specified in clause 4.2 of this Privacy Policy.
4.4. If it becomes necessary to use the User's personal information for purposes not provided for in this Policy, the Administrator seeks the User's consent for such actions.

5. Processing of User Information
5.1. Processing of User's personal data is carried out without limitation in time, by any lawful means, including in information systems of personal data using automation tools or without the use of such tools.
5.2. Personal information about Users is stored in accordance with applicable law.
5.3. Personal information about Users is not transferred to third parties except in the following cases: 5.3.1. The User has given consent to such actions.
5.3.2. Transfer is necessary for the functioning of the Service and/or specific functional features of the Service, implementation of partnership and other programs of the Service.
5.3.3. Transfer is provided by applicable law.
5.3.4. To ensure the possibility of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the Administrator and/or third parties in cases where the User violates the terms of agreements on the use of the Service.
5.4. The User is hereby informed and agrees that the Administrator may receive personal data of third parties provided by the User when using the Service and use them to implement certain functions of the Service, provided that the User guarantees the consent of the third parties whose data is provided by the User when using the Service, to the processing by the Administrator for the purposes specified in this Policy, as well as to the transfer of such data in cases specified in this Policy.
5.5. The User is hereby informed and agrees that the Administrator may receive statistical anonymized (without linking to the User) data about the User's actions when using the Service and the settings established by the User in the Service.

6. Users' Rights
6.1. Users have the right to:
6.1.1. Upon request, receive from the Administrator information regarding the processing of their personal data.

7. Measures to Protect User Information
7.1. The Administrator takes all necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal information about Users from unauthorized or accidental access to it, destruction, alteration, blocking, dissemination of personal information, as well as from other unlawful actions with it. These measures include, in particular, internal verification of data collection, storage, and processing processes, and measures to ensure the physical security of data to prevent unauthorized access to systems where personal information is stored.
7.2. When processing personal data of Users, the Administrator follows the Federal Law "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, No. 152-FZ.

8. Concluding Provisions
8.1. This Policy, the relationship between the User and the Administrator arising from the application of this Policy, as well as issues not regulated by this Policy, are governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
